Some 35 cheeses make up the Fromagerie from Britain, France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland,  and Holland. Cheeses are bought from small specialised producers in Britain which are often hard to find at your local supermarket.

The Fromagerie serves those wanting to do their cheese shopping for home consumption and entertaining, as well as the ever popular "cheese board" with customers able to choose their cheeses and enjoy with a glass of wine in the Restaurant. Wine tastings in the Restaurant and Shop often include pairing wines with cheese.
