Saturday tasting take place in our wine shop every Saturday between 12pm and 7pm. It gives our customers a chance to try new wines and re visit some they may have missed before. A relaxed tasting absolutely free of charge also gives people the oppurtunity to meet other wine lovers, compare notes and make new friends

More than just a vineyard and world class winery, Domaine Gayda is a concept of winemaking and vineyard management based on an in-depth understanding of their vines, their natural environment and the winemaking process. As much as possible, on top of the Organic systems they have a strict minimal intervention policy on all that they do - the terroir must express itself and the grapes need to reflect that terroir. Domaine Gayda is situated South East of Carcassonne in the Languedoc region of South West France.
