Returns policy
Whist every effort is made to ensure that our products are of the highest quality and arrive to you safely, it is not possible to accept returns except for the following reason;
The wrong product has been dispatched. The product received would differ from the confirmed order. The correct product will be dispatched once the incorrect product has been received by The Wine Circle undamaged in any way. The product is in some way out of condition, please return the product and we will exchange and re-post the product out to you as soon as we have received your return. Postage and packaging in this event would be refunded.
