All our products are of the finest condition, however in the unusual event that a product does not meet expectations, contact The Wine Circle within 30 days of purchase using the contact details or Contact form provided on this web site.

Returns policy
Whist every effort is made to ensure that our products are of the highest quality and arrive to you safely, it is not possible to accept returns except for the following reason;
- The wrong product has been dispatched. The product received would differ from the confirmed order. The correct product will be dispatched once the incorrect product has been received by The Wine Circle undamaged in any way. The product is in some way out of condition, please return the product and we will exchange and re-post the product out to you as soon as we have received your return. Postage and packaging in this event would be refunded.
Postage & Packaging
UK Mainland: P&P within the UK Mainland will be costed according to weight against standard parcel service rates.
Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands: Cost will be advised upon application.
Overseas (EU & Non-EU): Cost will be advised upon application and may be subject to local taxes.
Loss or damage in transit: The Wine Circle will do everything possible to ensure your package arrives safely and undamaged. In the event this does not happen please contact us as soon as possible so that we may rectify the situation.
